| Formally, since 1981, we have been involved in approximately 100 land and real estate development projects as well as approximately 750 real estate closings and have acted as broker and consultant for financial and real estate transactions aggregating several billion dollars in value including Brownfields, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, residential properties, land and various project financings. In the past, we have built almost 350 homes and several hundred condominiums and apartments. Today, we provide Brokerage, Consulting, and Development Services in the above areas.
